As part of an ongoing investigation, Kenora OPP have laid additional charges and arrested a second person in connection with the disappearance and death of 21-year-old Mekhi Pelly Scott.
A 24-year-old man has been additionally charged with First Degree Murder. A 43-year-old woman is now charged with accessory after the fact of murder. Both have been remanded into custody and will appear in Kenora court on December 4th.
