The Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council (AKRC) is advising community members to minimize non essential travel across the US Border due to situations where status cards may be questioned or confiscated and they want to ensure members are safe and protected. This notice was release with recent reports from the United States involving ICE.

This helps us begin setting up appointments and organizing support.
We also assist with completing SCIS Forms.

WINNIPEG NOTICE
For any of our members currently in Winnipeg, we will be available January 17–22 to support those needing Status Card services during that time.
Reminder: Members from Onigaming and Big Grassy are required to have an expired status card when booking.
