The u9, u11 and u15 Lil Braves hockey teams will be representing Wauzhushk Onigum Nation at the LNHL Hockey Tournament in Markham this week as over 40 youth are participating.
The 52nd tournament will take place starting today until Friday, the 20th. Over 200 teams and over 3000 players will be representing First Nation Communities across the province.

101.3 The Gap is a proud supporter of the Lil Braves with Tuesday Night Radio Bingo. Proceeds each Tuesday support the players heading to the LNHL and other tournaments throughout the season. The first half of the bingo season raised more than $17,000 to support our youth in this year’s tournament.
The second half of the bingo season will start on March 31st, with proceeds supporting our youth in more tournaments this year as well as assisting with in-season costs.
