Calling all unicorns! Sunday Smiles is starting this season with a three-for-one! Come for open gym, and stay for a free family show, followed by a free dance workshop by Chimera Dance Theatre!
“Come on a journey celebrating the beauty of individuality in this unique show where First Nations traditions and western dance and theatre meet. Silly Billy is a story about a rare white buffalo, unhappy with his uniqueness, who goes on a quest to find the magical Unicorn in the hopes of emulating this mythical creature. Through adventures, obstacles, misunderstandings and mishaps, Billy discovers his own self-worth, embraces his difference, and takes his place alongside the Unicorn as the legendary great white buffalo of the plains.”
Doors open at 9:30am. Show at 10:00, dance workshop at 11:00. Complimentary snacks. Donations appreciated. We can’t wait to see you!
